1. What Backlinkforme is
Backlinkforme is a directory of backlink opportunities plus a dashboard that scans your website, audits your existing links, and suggests places to get new ones. We provide information and suggestions. We do not create, buy, sell, or guarantee backlinks, rankings, or traffic on your behalf.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the directory and dashboard. Keep your login details secure and use accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for spam, scraping, resale of our data, or anything unlawful.
3. Payment and cancellation
Access is paid and billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly subscription. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
4. Third-party sites and data
Listings point to websites we do not own or control. Acceptance, pricing, link type, and moderation rules on those sites can change at any time, and some may reject your submission. Domain metrics and competitor data come from third-party providers and are estimates. Use your own judgment before submitting anything.
5. Acceptable use
Do not resell, republish, or bulk-export our directory, run automated scraping, attempt to bypass paid access, or use the service to build spam networks. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time from Account settings. Deleting removes your profile, saved opportunities, scans, audits, and reports. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscription should be cancelled first; deletion does not automatically issue refunds for periods already billed. If you cannot access your account, email us and we will delete it for you.
7. Your data
We store the email address you sign up with, the website you scan, and the results of your scans and reports so the dashboard works. We do not sell your personal data. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us.
8. No guarantees
The service is provided as is. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not warrant specific rankings, link approvals, or results. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact and complaints
For support, billing questions, data requests, or account deletion, email gongstad@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days. If you are not satisfied with the response, reply to the same thread and ask for it to be escalated.
